Dr. Green is currently on a mission to translate one of her cancer treatments from the laboratory to the hospital; of changing the way cancer is treated and reducing cancer-patient suffering by providing a treatment that is accessible, affordable, and effective. It is for this reason that Dr. Green founded the Ora Lee Smith Cancer Research Foundation (Ora Lee Foundation). The Ora Lee Foundation is presently focused on raising $30 million to cover the costs of clinical trials and FDA approval.

Because of Dr. Green’s very demanding schedule, we found it necessary to prioritize appearances and speaking requests that will secure a national partnership or sponsorship or provide a $20,000 or more honorarium. Dr. Green donates her honorariums to the Foundation to support our fundraising efforts and help us expedite the translation of her treatment into human trials.
